An I card bears the identity of the student and the institution. It is the obligatory upon every girl student to possess a valid identity card issued by the institute, for allowing to enter the school premises.
2. The girl candidates desirous to seek admission, in the institute are advised to study the prospectus, thoroughly before applying for admission.
3. The application form, once submitted would for all purposes mean the candidates consent to abide by the prescribed norms.
4. The prospectus along with admission form shall be issued by the Admission Section against cash receipt of Rs. ‘one hundred only’.
5. The candidate shall submit the prescribed admission form, complete in all respects, in person within the schedule day, date and time.
6. In case the admission form is found incomplete or is submitted after the closing date shall out rightly be rejected.
7. A candidate shall in no case be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right even if she is otherwise eligible. In case of errors and omissions, the authorities are empowered to cancel such admission at any period of time, when the error is noticed.
8. The admission of the candidate shall be provisional, till production of Date of Birth (D.O.B.); Permanent Residence Certificate (P.R.C.) and Marks Certificate.
9. The participation of all the students in the Morning Assembly shall be obligatory.
10. Cell phones in class rooms and Hostel premises are strictly prohibited.
11. Any girl student, found guilty of misbehavior or indiscipline, by the Discipline committee shall be rusticated without any explanation.
12. Smoking and other unfair and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
13. A Student shall be allowed to appear in the examination in case she has obtained 90% of attendance, in all subjects.
14. A student shall avail leave from the school for ten days only, during an academic session after applying for the same under rules.
15. A student, who remains continuously absent for seven days from the rolls, shall be struck off from the rolls. However, she shall not be readmitted without proper permission by the Principal after paying readmission fee under rules.
16. Any grievance shall be registered with the Administrator Academics for its redressal.
